1. About Concept55
Concept55 ("we", "us", "our") is a Zürich-based studio that provides AI-powered virtual staging for furniture retailers and brands. Our platform turns photos of empty rooms into photorealistic, furnished interiors using real, purchasable furniture drawn from a retailer's own product catalogue — we don't invent pieces that don't exist. Customers upload room photos, select real SKUs from a catalogue, and generate staged imagery for use in marketing, e-commerce listings, and interior visualization.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Concept55 website or staging tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
3. Use of the service
You may use Concept55 to generate staged interior images from room photos you own or have rights to use, combined with furniture from catalogues made available on the platform. You agree not to upload content you do not have the rights to use, and not to use the service to create misleading, unlawful, or infringing imagery.
4. Generated content and product accuracy
Staged images are generated automatically and are intended as visualization aids. While we aim to accurately represent the furniture pieces selected from a retailer's catalogue, generated imagery may contain minor rendering variations and should not be treated as an exact photographic guarantee of the final product in situ.
5. Intellectual property
Room photos you upload remain your property. Furniture catalogue data and product imagery remain the property of the respective retailer or brand. The underlying Concept55 software, models, and branding remain our property.
6. Limitation of liability
Concept55 is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
