1. About Concept55

Concept55 is a Zürich-based studio building AI virtual staging tools for furniture retailers. Our platform generates photorealistic, staged interior images from a customer's room photos and a retailer's real product catalogue — every piece of furniture in a generated image is an actual, purchasable SKU. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through our website and staging studio, and how we use it.

2. Data we collect

• Account and contact data: name, email, company, and phone number if you book a demo, contact us, or create an account.
• Room photos and generated images: images you upload to the staging studio and the outputs generated from them.
• Usage data: pages visited, interactions with the staging tool, device and browser information.

3. How we use your data

We use collected data to operate and improve the staging studio, generate and deliver staged images, respond to inquiries, and understand how the service is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data.

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance (delivering the staging service), legitimate interest (improving our product and communicating with prospective customers), and consent (for non-essential cookies). We retain data only as long as necessary for these purposes.
